Reviewing the texts of the series in Spain Partidocria on municipal elections I come back with a comment of Lino from a couple of years where I reported on a platform to reform Article 99 of the Constitution, empowering citizens to elect the Prime Minister in a second round which would turn the two candidates from political parties votes in the first. I think the campaign is already in the past, but I'm quite sure that is this is the need for this second round in which citizens decide the President of the Executive rather than political parties who are take that decision. So I have included in the campaigns of this blog.
